Job summary

Rose Hill Center Inc. seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create and manage calendar schedules for diverse programming, integrating evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to engage residents across Extended Residential and Community Supports.

You will document progress, coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while leading music and art programs and coordinating special events on campus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to engage residents with empathy and trauma-informed approach.
• Excellent reading/writing skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for Life Enrichment Programming.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches.
• Adapt activities for residents with varying abilities across programs.
• Support residents' individualized goals through engagement opportunities.
• Facilitate group activities focusing on coping skills and mindfulness.
• Maintain documentation of participation and outcomes.
• Ensure programming complies with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate community outings and access to faith-based and cultural programs.
• Provide leadership and oversight for music, art and Life Enrichment activities.
