Job summary

Rose Hill Center in Holly, MI is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to support the emotional, social, and functional wellbeing of adults receiving mental health services. You will implement daily activities and lead programs under the Life Enrichment Manager to promote recovery, independence, and community engagement.

The role requires compassionate engagement, trauma-informed practice, and the ability to document participation and progress.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare service field.

Responsibilities

Implement daily, weekly, and monthly life enrichment activities as directed by the life enrichment manager.
Encourage resident participation and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Monitor resident participation and report progress or concerns to the life enrichment manager and clinical team.
Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement during activities.
Support special creative projects, showcases and performances.
Document resident attendance, participation levels and notable observations.
Prepare materials and supplies for scheduled activities.
Assist with inventory and organization of activity materials.
Provide transportation for scheduled offsite activities.
Ability to support team support specialists as a peer in the event of staffing shortage.
Maintain med training and understanding of current practices.
Other duties as assigned.
