Job summary

Silver Regional Sexual Assault Support Services (SRSASS) is seeking a licensed therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health services to survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and interpersonal violence. The role involves conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy across children, adolescents, and adults.

The position emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, compassionate care, and compliance with licensing and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current New Mexico behavioral health professional license in good standing.
• Eligible licenses may include LCSW, LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or another independently licensed credential recognized by the State of New Mexico.
• Ability to maintain professional licensure throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual therapy to survivors across age groups.
• Coordinate with MDT and community partners for coordinated services.
• Conduct intake & ongoing assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals when needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and professional development.
