• Current, unrestricted Illinois license as LCPC or LCSW.
• Experience providing psychotherapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex relationship issues using evidence-based approaches.
• Ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments, create collaborative treatment plans, and maintain clear, compliant documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; culturally responsive, nonjudgmental care.
• Capacity to work in a hybrid environment with in-person sessions in the Greater Chicago Area and telehealth.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Familiarity with trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT) preferred.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources as needed.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support resilience.
