The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center is seeking a Direct Juvenile Support Worker to provide safety, care, and mentorship for at-risk youth. You will support physical, personal, and health needs and help youth participate in education, activities, and treatment plans.

This role offers benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement match, paid time off, and a $1,000 bonus after essential skills. Schedule is four 10-hour shifts weekly, on-site in Harrisburg, AR.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Criminal background check, drug test, TB test required.
• Ability to pass abuse central registry search.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person safety and security around the clock.
• Mentor and support physical, personal, and health needs; document behaviors.
• Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities; collaborate with staff to meet treatment goals.
