Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an experienced Mental Health IOP Clinician to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services in a school-based, hybrid setting in Cedar Bluff, VA. You will provide group, individual, and family therapy to youth and adults, using trauma-informed approaches and approved curricula.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, clinical supervision, and timely documentation to support recovery and stability for clients across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related Human Services field.
• Eligible for registration as a QMHP.
• Experience in delivering behavioral health services and group therapy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and families.
• Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions for youth and adults.
• Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated.
• Follow approved curricula and treatment protocols in groups.
• Maintain professional boundaries and document progress.
