Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a School Based Mental Health Therapist to deliver individual and family therapy to students. You will manage a caseload in the school setting and ensure timely clinical documentation.

The role emphasizes compliance with state and local regulations and the ability to travel between appointment sites as required. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and a verified practicum, with at least one year of CASSP or equivalent experience, and strong skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
• Must have a verified clinical practicum.
• Minimum of one year of experience with a CASSP service system or licensed mental health services setting.
• Proficient in use of an electronic health record system.
• Proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments.

About Your Role

As a School Based Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload within the school setting. Ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner. You will also focus on maintaining compliance with state and local regulations.

• Competitive pay of $30-32/hr billable rate

Does the following apply to you?

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
  • Must have a verified clinical practicum.
• Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements

Preferred Education And Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques
• Proficient in use of electronic health record system
• Proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments
