ChildSavers in Richmond, VA seeks a passionate Clinician I to join our Outpatient Services team. You will provide therapeutic care to children, youth, and families, while collaborating with a clinical team in a 100-year-old organization dedicated to high-quality care.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, learning evidence-based treatments, and partnering with schools and community providers to improve healing and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required for licensure eligibility.
• Experience or readiness in trauma-informed care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver psychotherapeutic care and case management per DBHDS/DMAS rules.
• Develop and implement Individual, Family, and Group treatments.
• Provide direct clinical care, including group therapy and team coverage.
• Maintain compliance with funding source regulations and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including HIPAA.
• Collaborate with supervisor and leadership team; escalate concerns.
• Conduct intake assessments and assist with referrals.
• Engage in outreach with community partners and trauma-informed education.
• Collaborate to ensure policy-based client care.
• Maintain certifications in behavior management and CPR/First Aid.
• Represent ChildSavers professionally with partners and communities.
• Adhere to policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
