Qualifications

• MSW is required for this role.
• LCSW, LPC or LMHC licensure is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Experience in acute inpatient behavioral health is a plus.
• Experience developing and administering treatment plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment planning efforts and coordinate care conferences.
• Develop and coordinate discharge plans for patients.
• Ensure high-quality patient and family experience.
