NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is expanding its clinical services at North Valley Behavioral Hospital to deliver trauma‑informed care and comprehensive treatment planning. The role focuses on individual and group counseling, coordinating care with families and providers, and advancing discharge planning within an acute behavioral health setting.

The position requires a Master's degree (MSW, Counseling, Psychology or related field) and active licensure or temporary licensure appropriate to the state

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field.
• Candidates must have MSW/ counseling/ psychology master’s and state licensing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, and care updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate discharge planning for the patient population, including complex discharge processes.
• Ensure an exceptional patient and family experience throughout care delivery.
