Job summary

The Road Home seeks a Housing Focused Case Manager in Midvale, UT. The role delivers trauma-informed case management to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in obtaining stable housing.

You will work at our Connie Crosby Resource Center, collaborating with shelter staff and community partners to remove housing barriers and guide clients through housing plans. In-person position with a 5-day schedule and starting pay grade 6 at $18.90/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse and/or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Lived, work, or volunteer experience OR a degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, guest-driven case management to help secure stable housing.
• Engage with guests at Resource Centers and connect them to community resources.
• Collaborate with shelter team to identify barriers to housing and develop strategies.
