Job summary

The Road Home is seeking a compassionate MVP Client Engagement Specialist to join our team in Sandy, UT. This in-person role supports clients entering and exiting the MVP Resource Center, coordinating intakes, and connecting them to housing resources with dignity and equity.

The position requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to travel between resource centers and shelters. A background in homelessness services and trauma-informed care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed care practices.
• Experience coordinating client intakes and referrals.
• Accurate data entry and file creation for clients.
• Ability to provide trauma-informed client support and guidance.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MVP intake tracking and timely referrals with the team.
• Complete client intakes with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with documentation and client files across departments.
• Support clients in accessing housing resources and essential services.
• Maintain professional boundaries and trauma-informed approach in all interactions.
