Ford's Hometown Services in New Hampshire is seeking a Family Violence Prevention Specialist to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy for individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence and stalking, with a specialized focus on those engaged with the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF).

The role includes crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy, and linkage to resources, plus collaboration with DCYF staff to support survivor safety and informed case

Qualificações

• Trauma-informed approach to victims and families

Responsabilidades

• DCYF & FVPS Collaboration: advocacy and support to DCYF-involved survivors and families
• Consultation, education, training, and resources to DCYF staff on domestic violence and survivor needs
• Collaborate with DCYF staff to support survivor safety, access to services, and informed case planning
• Participate in family meetings, court hearings, home visits, and case-related activities as appropriate
• Build and maintain relationships with DCYF staff and other professionals
• Maintain FVPS documentation and data in line with program requirements
