Job summary

Omni Family of Services is seeking a licensed or licensed-eligible Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy. The role includes developing annual clinical/psychosocial assessments and offering crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team.

We are a trauma-responsive, employee-owned organization delivering foster care, behavioral health services, and family support across communities. A Master’s degree in counseling or social work is required, with CPI certification

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention beneficial.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning with annual psychosocial assessments.
• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing mental health support to clients.
