Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Missoula, MT is seeking a Family Unification Specialist to support trauma-informed services for families in crisis, including those involved with Child and Family Services or navigating divorce and parenting plans. The position is part-time with potential to transition to full-time as caseload grows; starting salary mirrors an 11-step pay schedule with steps

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a human services or mental health field.
  • 21 years old or older.
  • Two years of experience with youth or families.
  • License to operate a passenger vehicle.
  • Ability to engage individuals with mental health or chemical dependency issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide identified Child Welfare Prevention and Support Services to families as assigned.
  • Support families through coaching, training, and monitoring for safety.
  • Complete training to enhance services offered via the CWPSS program.
  • Maintain documentation according to COA Montana ARMs and YBGR policies.
  • Represent YBGR to DPHHS partners and court representatives.
  • Participate in supervision meetings and PQI goals.
  • Adhere to policies, safety requirements, and organizational procedures.
