Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Part-Time Family Unification Specialist to support traumatized families in crisis, both in home and out. The role emphasizes reunification best interests, confidentiality, and collaboration with DPHHS and courts in Shelby, MT.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a human services or mental health field, or equivalent experience, and a commitment to mission and values in youth and family services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services or mental health related field.
• Combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide identified Child Welfare Prevention and Support Services to families as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support families through ongoing coaching, training, and monitoring for safety during reunification.
• Complete training as assigned to enhance services offered through the program.
• Maintain documentation within COA, Montana ARM's, Contracts, and YBGR policies.
• Represent YBGR to DPHHS partners and court representatives.
