The Hispanic Health Council Inc. in New Britain, CT is seeking a Reunification & Family Time Clinician to lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate family time sessions to support reunification and child well-being.

This exempt, full-time role collaborates with social workers, families, and community resources to promote safe, nurturing environments and successful reunification outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice.
• Experience working with families in crisis or child welfare settings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each family.
• Facilitate family time sessions in a safe, supportive environment for children and caregivers.
• Collaborate with social workers, legal representatives, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources.
• Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
