About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to families who are working towards reunification. You will work closely with parents and children to facilitate healthy relationships and positive interactions during family time visits. Your ultimate goal will be to help families successfully reunite and maintain healthy relationships moving forward. As a Reunification Therapeutic Family Time Counselor, you will play a critical role in helping families heal and grow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Current licensure as a counselor or social worker
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing family therapy services
• Experience working with families involved in the child welfare system
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Experience providing services in a community-based setting
