The role oversees the Emergency Care Program, staff, and daily operations, including budget adherence, service scope, and trauma-informed practices. The position emphasizes recruiting, training, and retaining staff, coordinating referrals, and reporting outcomes while supporting ministry initiatives and faith-based activities in alignment with the

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trauma-informed case management experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit, mission‑driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create reports and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling required; licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Emergency Care Program, including staff, residents, and daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; adhere to budget; establish scope of services.
• Develop program materials; implement best practices; maintain a trauma-informed environment.
• Coordinate referrals and intake decisions with crisis response teams and partners.
• Report metrics, analyze data, and engage with volunteers and community partners; lead Bible studies and discipleship per faith tradition.
