StaffMED Health Partners, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Director of Emergency Services to lead a large, established emergency care program within an acute care hospital system. This full-time, daytime leadership role offers executive oversight of operations, staffing, quality, patient experience, and financial performance.

The successful candidate will partner with physician and nursing leadership and drive improvements across multiple facilities.

Formación

• BSN required.
• MSN or related master’s in health admin preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Strong, current Emergency Department leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight of Emergency Services operations, staffing, quality, patient experience and financial performance.
• Lead a multifacility emergency care program in partnership with physician and nursing leadership.
• Drive improvements in clinical, operational, staffing and financial outcomes.
• Support internal leadership advancement and relocation assistance as applicable.
