Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep Creekside is seeking a full-time MI Center Paraprofessional to work on-site with scholars who have cognitive, behavioral, and communication needs. You will implement individualized support aligned to each student's IEP and collaborate with teachers.

This on-site role offers a salary between $43,000 and $52,000, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to equity, dignity, and student-centered learning.

Qualifications

• Provide evidence of completing high school or a GED
• Pass a background check
• Demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support instruction by implementing lesson plans and data collection.
• Reinforce routines, behavior expectations, and SEL skills.
• Supervise students to ensure safety during all parts of the day.
• Collaborate with lead teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Provide personal and medical care as trained with dignity and safety.
