Justice Resource Institute in Littleton, MA, seeks an Assistant Director of Education to lead the Littleton Academy education program within a residential treatment setting that emphasizes trauma-informed care.

You will supervise staff, develop curricula and IEPs, coordinate treatment plans, and help students build life skills and prepare for their next steps, with a compensation range of $72,000 to $97,000 per year.

Formación

• Special Education Administrator certification preferred or equivalent.
• M.Ed in SPED Admin or pursuing is required or preferred.
• Licensed by MA DESE for Special Education Moderate Disabilities 5-12.
• At least 1 year of supervision/administration experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Special Education with emotionally disabled youth.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee education department, develop treatment-focused education plans and supervision.
• Manage caseload and supervise curriculum, life skills, and instruction.
• Support students in developing a sense of self and preparing for next steps.
