Job summary

Justice Resource Institute Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Education for Littleton Academy, a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students in Littleton, MA.

You will lead the education department, supervise staff, and contribute to individualized treatment plans alongside clinicians. The role requires a Special Education Administrator certification or equivalent, M.Ed in SPED Administration, and an active MA DESE license.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts teaching licenses or administrator certification required.
• Experience supervising or administrating special education programs.
• Experience with adolescents in alternative school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and supervise teaching staff and team‑teach as part of supervision.
• Lead curriculum planning and IEP development for Littleton Academy.
• Manage a caseload of students and help develop life skills.
