You will implement Student Support Plans, assist teachers, and collaborate with staff to foster social-emotional learning, academic growth, and a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

This ESP bargaining unit position offers 183 days with pay and room to grow in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with students who have trauma or emotion regulation challenges.
• Two years public school or related work experience preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and educational technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive rapport with students.
• Collaborate with Academy staff to support social-emotional and academic growth.
• Implement Student Support Plans consistently.
• Complete incident reports when needed.
• Participate in case management and data meetings.
• Substitute for classroom teachers as needed.
