Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum two years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience with database and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and vision for the Crisis Response Team/Program including operations and staff management.
• Develop and implement effective systems, policies, and procedures for the department.
• Monitor program performance and grants compliance and report outcomes.
