Job summary

Eisenhower Center is seeking a Licensed Counselor to join its interdisciplinary clinical team in Michigan. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling for adults with TBI, SMI, I/DD, and ASD, with a focus on recovery and community reintegration.

You will administer assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, and other evidence-based approaches, while monitoring outcomes and promoting

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required in Counseling or related field.
• Active licensure in Michigan (LPC/LMHC/LCPC or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of psychotherapy experience with adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial, behavioral health, trauma, risk, and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans supporting rehabilitation and community reintegration.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, SFT, mindfulness).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
