Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an ECSC Therapist to deliver community-based psychotherapy and crisis support to adults with serious mental illness. You will coordinate clinical services with the treatment team and community providers, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

The role requires independent work throughout the community, sound clinical judgment, and flexibility, including evenings and on-call rotation, in a full-time capacity based in Pittsburgh region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related clinical field.
• At least 1 year of paid relevant experience.
• License preferred but not required; eligible for PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an organization vehicle/van.
• Ability to drive extensively throughout Allegheny County (≈100 miles/day).
• Evenings, weekends, holidays; rotating on-call coverage.
• ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances.
• Pre-Employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation; work independently in community settings.
