Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed billing and productivity expectations as per program directives.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized person-centered plans and review updates.
• Monitor clients’ participation and progress in treatment according to their plans.
• Provide interventions that are medically necessary and ethical as per plans.
• Communicate relevant clinical information with supervisor and staff promptly.
• Ensure documentation is completed within established timelines and quality standards.
• Adhere to ACT and AOT fidelity standards.
• Support teammates in delivering trauma‑informed, person-centered services.
• Complete required training and HR compliance documents on time.
• Assist clients in applying for and maintaining medical insurance benefits and community resources.
