Job summary

Michiana Behavioral Health (a UHS facility) seeks a full-time Community-Based Response Project Manager for our Intensive Outpatient Program. You will supervise Peer Support Specialists, coordinate community responses by priority, and ensure supplies are available for distribution while engaging with individuals in a trauma-informed, respectful manner.

The role supports building readiness to change and reducing stigma within the community, with a focus on connection to care and resources through

Qualifications

• LSW, LMHCa, LMFTa, or higher OR CPSP or CAPRC I/II required
• Crisis Peer Certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Supervise peers responding to requests from individuals in the community
• Coordinate responses based on priority level if multiple requests are open
• Maintain adequate supplies for peers to distribute at request
• Engage with individuals requesting support through Connect Marshall County in a trauma-informed manner
