You will lead recruitment, education, and engagement for volunteers, forming partnerships to increase trauma understanding and in-kind giving.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, occasional evenings/weekends, and involves managing a holiday giving campaign while cultivating donor and volunteer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field.
• 2 years experience managing data and events/volunteers, including leadership roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Builds relationships with community stakeholders to engage children’s mental health programming.
• Cultivates donors/volunteers to support program goals and represents programs at events.
• Oversees in-kind donation drives and holiday campaigns with accountability for resources.
• Gathers input on program needs, maintains web-based wish lists, and liaises with Development/Communications.
• Supervises volunteers and ensures campaign goals and quality standards.
