Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Clinician to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care for medically complex youth aged 12-18 in a structured setting. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, and contribute to treatment planning and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed care principles and practice.
• Strengths-based, client-centered therapy approaches.
• Ability to support diverse populations with equity.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Competent in assessment, planning, and outcome evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program settings.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with discharge criteria.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed and evidence-based.
• Document all clinical care in the EHR promptly and accurately.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Respond to clinical alerts and utilization review requirements.
