Job summary

Home To Home in Brunswick, ME seeks a Trauma-Informed Clinical Visitation Supervisor to oversee parent/child visitations and exchanges, from enrollment to scheduling and safe visits. This role is based in Brunswick and Lewiston, with flexible hours and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one clinical license (LCSW/LMSW/LCPC/LMFT).
• Availability to work one weekend day each week.
• Ability to travel weekly to Lewiston/Brunswick area.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments on all participants.
• Safety planning for families engaged in services.
• Supervise parent/child visitations and exchanges with therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Follow court orders to support and protect all parties.
• Ensure safety of children during visitations.
• Act as a mandated reporter during all visitations.
• Provide clinical documentation of visitations.
• Attend weekly Zoom staff meetings and monthly in-person meetings.
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision with a clinical consultant.
• Testify in court if subpoenaed.

Home to Home is seeking a Trauma-Informed Clinical Visitation Supervisor, to be based in Brunswick and Lewiston, Maine. This position oversees all aspects of parent/child visitations and exchanges, starting with the enrollment process to ongoing scheduling and conducting safe visits and exchanges.

Requirements

• Minimum license of LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LMFT - conditional clinical is okay
• Availability to work 1 weekend day each week, flexible hours.
• Ability to travel to Lewiston and Brunswick area weekly.

• Attend weekly staff Meetings via Zoom, and monthly in person staff meetings. (up to 2 hours per week)
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision with a clinical consultant. (2 hours monthly)
• Testify in court, if subpoenaed

Home To Home is a non-profit organization based out of Brunswick, Maine that provides survivor centered supervised visitations and exchanges for families impacted by Domestic Abuse and Violence, Substance Use Disorder, Mental Illness and any number of other dynamic situations. Home To Home has been providing supervised exchanges since 1996 and supervised visitations since 2012 to families who need a safe alternative for noncustodial parents to access their children. In 2023, Home To Home expanded our service area with the hope of being accessible in all 16 counties.
