Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree and state licensure required.
• 5 years of experience as a therapist.
• Independent Licensure in Iowa (LMHC, LISW or LMFT) required.
• CDAC/IADC preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Has primary responsibility for clinical supervision of assigned staff including interns.
• Provides day-to-day clinical management for programs (crisis access, staffing, fidelity).
• Supports clinicians in assessments, diagnostic oversite, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintains client clinical records with treatment plans and progress.
• Oversees referrals to Heartland programs and community services.
• Provides educational workshops on Heartland services.
• Demonstrates professional leadership and collaborates with program staff.
