Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Independent Licensure in the State of Iowa or Independent License Eligible (LMHC, LISW or LMFT) required.
• CDAC/IADC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Has primary responsibility for clinical supervision of assigned staff including clinical interns.
• Provides day-to-day clinical management for programs as assigned (crisis access and coverage, staffing, fidelity, and implementing new models).
• Supports clinicians in comprehensive assessments, diagnostic oversight, and treatment recommendations.
• Supports clinicians in learning how to provide counseling services within the treatment plan; monitors progress.
• Maintains client clinical records with treatment plans, progress, and termination summaries.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field

Independent Licensure in the State of Iowa or Independent License Eligible (LMHC, LISW or LMFT) required
