Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor who will oversee therapists providing counseling for individuals with SUD and co-occurring disorders. The role reports to the Clinical Director and ensures supervision aligns with state and federal laws and SFRC policies.

The successful candidate will foster a trauma-informed, client-centered environment, support licensure goals, and promote cultural proficiency across the organization through leadership and training.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate to effectively maintain compliance with BHSD standards and data systems.
• Must hold a current NM driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Multilingual/multicultural skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing individual and group supervision for staff and trainees with regular scheduling.
• Develop, review, and maintain formal supervision plans; track progress toward competency/licensure goals.
• Maintain supervision documentation (logs, plans, evaluations) for audits and compliance.
• Provide case consultation, modeling, and live supervision to support skill development and fidelity.
• Ensure supervisees understand scope of practice, boundaries, dual relationships, and role limitations.
