Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous supervision and support in residential setting.
• Ensures client safety and adherence to program expectations.
• Maintains structured, recovery-focused environment.
• Facilitates peer support groups and skill-building activities.
• Documents daily progress and communicates with clinical staff.
• Supports treatment goals and milieu stability across shifts.
• Oversees daily routines and group activities.
