Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensure: LMHC/LCSW required; IADC, IAADC, LADC preferred.
• 7 years’ experience including 3 years post full licensure; substance use treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision to designated programs with oversight and training.
• Incorporates trauma-informed care principles into staff and program development.
• Leads quality improvement and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversees clinical staffing and conducts interviews for clinical staff across the agency.
• Maintains client clinical records including treatment plans and progress summaries.
• Collaborates with universities and community partners to recruit and support staff.
