The successful candidate will handle investigations with thorough documentation, trauma-informed interviewing, and timely communication to participants, under CCR supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience writing, analyzing, and presenting data clearly.
• Experience managing a high-volume case load with deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
• Trauma-informed interview skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Document intake of initial reports of discrimination and harassment.
• Analyze reports to determine jurisdiction with Title IX Coordinator.
• Plan and execute prompt, thorough, and impartial civil rights investigations.
• Interview, collect evidence, and apply relevant law and policy.
• Draft detailed and high-quality factual reports for decisionmakers.
• Provide testimony about methodology and findings.
• Coordinate with CCR staff to implement interim measures.
• Engage with campus offices for education and outreach on civil rights laws.
