Job summary

Family Haven is seeking a Child & Family Therapist (CSW/LCSW) at our Lehi location to join a compassionate clinical team. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy across ages, with emphasis on trauma-focused care and evidence-based methods.

The role supports professional growth toward Utah LCSW licensure, with supervision and structured development opportunities in Play Therapy and related trauma-focused modalities. Full-time and half-time options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Current Utah CSW or LCSW licensure.
• Registered National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Required background screening.
• Training in Play Therapy or trauma-focused approaches, or willingness to pursue training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Treat clients impacted by trauma using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support client care and outcomes.
• Participate in scheduling, documentation, and supervision as needed.
