Starting wage is $20/hour with comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and four weeks of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• OR a minimum of 48 college credits in social work, psychology or related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour residential care with trauma-informed treatment.
• Build rapport with residents to support pro-social development.
• Maintain professional demeanor and clear verbal and written communication.
