The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a motivated Milieu Coordinator to support children and adolescents with emotional, intellectual, and behavioral challenges in a trauma-informed residential setting. As a shift leader, you will model quality therapeutic treatment, teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff, and document treatment and required reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 60 college credits in social work, psychology or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as designated leadership on shift.
• Provide and model quality therapeutic treatment.
• Teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff.
• Document treatment provided as well as other required reporting.
