Job summary

Emergence Health Network in Texas seeks a Child and Adolescent Associate Therapist to deliver advanced behavioral health services to youth ages 3-17 and to their families, including assessments, therapy, and crisis support. The role works under general supervision to develop treatment plans and coordinate with schools, families, and clinicians.

Candidates must hold a Master's in psychology or related field and a Texas LPC-A or LMSW license, plus one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences or related behavioral field with 1 year of clinical services experience.
Experience with trauma-informed services; cognitive behavioral therapies (including DBT); motivational therapies a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents aged 3–17.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify concerns and treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
Utilize trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive practices.
Provide crisis intervention and ensure safety; refer to appropriate level of care.
