Job summary

Dell Medical School in Austin, TX is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to support mental health programs for children and adolescents, including the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) initiative.

Under supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor (LPC-S or LCSW-S), the therapist associate provides counseling and care management using a patient-centered approach with an interdisciplinary team. The role may renew beyond Aug 31, 2027 with funding.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
• Current eligibility for licensure as LMSW or LPC-Associate in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments using CBT and other therapies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy.
• Participate in patient outcomes tracking and reporting.
• Document clinical interactions per standards.
