Job summary

St. John's Community Health (SJCH) seeks a licensed Psychologist to establish, grow, and lead trauma-informed psychological services for children, youth, and transition-age youth within an integrated primary care model.

This program-building role starts with delivering direct clinical care and, as the service line matures, expands to clinical protocols, workflow design, and supervision of the child and adolescent psychology service.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted California Psychologist license (or license-eligible).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families using trauma-informed modalities.
• Conduct developmental, psychological, and cognitive assessments with pediatric populations.
• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans addressing ACEs and development.
• Collaborate with pediatric and behavioral health providers to plan integrated care.
• Lead program development, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
