Job summary

St. John's Community Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to establish and grow adult trauma-informed psychological services within an integrated primary care model.

Initially deliver direct clinical care, then develop protocols, workflows, and oversee the adult psychology service as the program scales. The role requires experience with trauma-focused treatments in medically complex populations and collaboration with medical and behavioral health teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Current, unrestricted California psychology license (or active track toward licensure).
• Experience delivering trauma-focused treatment to adults in integrated care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults using trauma-informed modalities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans addressing psychosocial needs and comorbidity.
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health staff for integrated care.
• Lead and mentor junior clinicians as the program expands.
• Track productivity, outcomes, and grant-related compliance.
