Job summary

Chartiers Center in Washington County Clinic seeks a licensed child therapist to deliver outpatient services for children and adolescents. You will provide evidence-based therapies, collaborate with psychiatrists, schools, and families, and help clients build skills for long-term well-being and resilience.

The role requires a Master’s degree or LPC with two years of experience. You will complete documentation, develop individualized treatment plans, participate in team discussions, and advocate

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed professional counselor or equivalent.
• Two years of clinical experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine treatment needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children/adolescents.
• Complete documentation including assessments and treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans reflecting client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, schools, families to coordinate services.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to support outcomes.
• Maintain communication with service coordinators and community resources.
• Advocate for children and families while promoting recovery.
