Job summary

The Children’s Guild seeks a passionate therapist/clinician to join our Outpatient Mental Health Center in Baltimore, MD. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents across multiple sites, contributing to trauma-informed, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, CBT/TF-CBT and play therapy under supervision, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C. (LMSW, LGPC, or equivalent) or candidates awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual abilities are strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as CBT, TF-CBT, and play therapy under clinical supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff.
