Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Queens, NY, is seeking a Case Manager to lead psychoeducational groups and provide one-on-one case management to ATI participants. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years in case management; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in a court or criminal justice setting preferred; trauma-informed approaches recommended.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in high-pressure environments; strong writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, clinically informed case management services to ATI participants.
• Co-facilitate groups and provide individual counseling to short-term, court-mandated clients.
• Coordinate with service providers for housing, health insurance, educational and vocational needs.
• Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy of information in the electronic case management system.
• Participate in data management, grant reporting, compliance monitoring, and court coverage as needed.
• Supervise and monitor participants in ATI programming through regular meetings and communications.
• Coordinate with service providers to facilitate referrals and follow-up.
