Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 60 college credits in social work, psychology, or related field required
• Minimum of two years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting required
• Previous management experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
