This frontline role ensures timely access to behavioral health services and strong, person-centered care.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a human services field and NM licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LPAT, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or health-related field required.
• Licensure in NM: LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LPAT, or LMFT or eligible.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5-TR.
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment practices and screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5-TR.
• Assess suicide/homicide risk, trauma history, and social determinants of health.
• Determine appropriate level of care and make clinical recommendations.
• Coordinate referrals and treatment planning with care teams.
• Ensure timely and compliant assessment documentation.
